Where Can we take my graduation photos?
Most grads like to take photos on the campus they are graduating from although we do not have to shoot there. Keep in mind that State Parks and State Beaches require a photography permit to be obtained. This process takes a week and the State also charges a fee. There is also no guarantee that they allow a permit for that location and date.
Can I bring My pet?
I don’t recommend it because it becomes difficult to wrangle them and slows down your session drastically. This may lead to fewer photos overall. They can also get your clothing dirty (especially at the beach). Unless it’s very important for your animals to be in your photos I would leave them at home with some tasty treats!
Do you personally edit My photos?
I definitely do!
Will I have access to the raw, unedited images?
No, I do not offer raw images to my clients because they only represent half of my work and may not reflect my best work. Think of raw photos like raw food. Other than sushi, would a chef ever serve you raw food? Of course not!
Do you Edit and Deliver every photo you take?
I will select all the best images and edit those only.
How long will it take to receive my final photos?
Delivery of final photos will be within 14 days although it’s usually sooner. This is dependent on how busy I am at the time.
How will my final photos be delivered?
Your photos will be delivered through a beautiful online album that you can download from. You can also share this album with anyone.
What is required From Me to officially book with you?
To book your event photography session with John Ruddock there is a 50% retainer as well as an agreement signed by both parties.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% retainer also serves as the cancellation fee. If High Orbit Media cancels, the 50% retainer may be returned.
